[REDACTED]
*Enemy Forces: *
All non-affiliated factions in LHS 1393
Hostile Fleet: Standard Federation Fleet
Ground Defenses: Nothing abnormal or worth note, standard defenses
Civilian Considerations:
Significant presence of non-combatant populations in key locations (stations, planets, moons)
Potential for civilian casualties, with attention to minimizing civilian casualties EXCEPT in SOCOM Operations.
3. Mission Statement
The mission is to neutralize hostile forces within the LHS 1393, secure vital orbital infrastructure, restore control of key planetary assets, and re-establish friendly governance. Emphasis will be placed on minimizing civilian casualties, ensuring continuity of vital system operations, and denying the enemy the ability to stage a successful counteroffensive.
4. Execution Plan
Commanders Intent: The enemy will be neutralized using a multi-phase approach to overwhelm their space defenses, gain superiority in space, and progressively reclaim key strategic locations. Swift, decisive action will be crucial to prevent enemy reinforcements or sabotage attempts.
Main Effort: Space combat and orbital superiority followed by planetary settlement neutralization.
5. Phases of Operation
Phase 1: Recon and Intelligence Gathering/Initial Triage Special Operations (Days 1-4)
Objective: Establish an operational intelligence framework to assess enemy strength, positioning, and vulnerabilities. Run as many high influence missions as possible to immediately attempt to mitigate the pending retreat status.
Actions:
JTAC will be asked to review settlement maps prior to ground-force touchdown, in order to assist with better operations intelligence.
Military Personnel and Mercenaries will be tasked with completing high-influence missions of various types to boost 78OS influence in system.
Special Operations Command (SOCOM) will be tasked with performing covert operations against soft-target settlements in order to magnify BGS effect.
Several of the Operations Orders (OPORDs) will remain in effect for the entire duration of the operation.
Target critical infrastructure and military installations, including defense systems, communication towers, and airfields.
Phase 2: Establish and Maintain Control of the System (Days 4-12)
Objective: Engage in conventional Wartime Operations in order to boost our standing in system.
Actions:
Once we have pulled ourselves up to a reasonable level of influence, we will be engaging in war with the NPC factions due to competing influence.
Infantry Personnel will engage Orbital Combat Zones (OCZ's) in order to assist in the war effort.
Special Operations Command (SOCOM) will engage in tandem with Infantry Personnel to engage Ground Combat Zones (GCZ's) to assist the war effort.
Infantry Personnel will continue the efforts of covert operations from the OPORD Section 5, Phase 1.
SOCOM Personnel to advance in a coordinated fashion, using specialized units for urban combat, asset retrieval, and engineering operations to repair critical infrastructure.
Phase 3: Consolidation and Rebuilding (Day 12-Operation Conclusion)
Objective: Stabilize the region and re-establish full control over the system.
Actions:
Restore planetary governance and military administration, ensuring the re-establishment of law and order.
SOCOM will continue monitoring and supressing NPC factions as required.
6. Command and Control (C2)
Commanding Officer: Col. Engi 78
Executive Officer: Lt. Draco Silmar
JTAC Battle Captain: Lt. Col. MalachiS1778
Joint Terminal Attack Controller: SPC TurtleCults
Primary Operations Center (POC): Wyeth Dock, LHS 1393
Secondary Operations Center (SOC): Land Mines, Hebe
Communication and Coordination:
Use of secure communication channels between space and ground forces.
Regular updates and briefings via secure channels to maintain operational tempo.
7. Logistics and Support
Supply Chain:
An [REDACTED] Fleet Carrier will be stationed within system to help provide a jump point for CMDR's in active combat to repair, refuel, and reload. Additionally, Wyeth Dock, a Coriolis station is available as a steady supply chain.
Maintenance & Medical:
CMDR's are recommended to repair often in order to prevent unnecessary deaths and subsequent rebuys. Additionally, keep an eye on both your energy and health when conducting ground operations. The mission holder remains the priority at all times.
8. Risk Assessment
Hostile Counterattack: There is currently no expected hostile player contact, however leaders and personnel should remain vigilant and maintain situational awareness at all time, and should plan for rapid escalation in case of resistance.
Environmental Hazards: Space debris, asteroids, and radiation zones within the system could interfere with operational timelines.
Civilians: Civilian contact is not a measured metric at this time, and is considered a non-consideration due to operation's criticality.
Blue-On-Blue: Blue on Blue is defined as friendly on friendly fire. Please watch your line of fire during both space, and ground operations. Additionally, if you see an unknown player (CMDR) in system YOU MUST CLEAR YOUR ATTACK REQUEST WITH THE JTAC PRIOR TO ENGAGEMENT. The JTAC personnel are listed below:
JTAC Battle Captain (BC): Lt. Col. MalachiS1778
JTAC Personnel: SPC TurtleCults
This is due to the operation being a joint operation, enlisting personnel from various outside organizations.
9. Success Criteria
Partial Success:
- Retreat is avoided
- The Order is in an acceptable level of Influence within the system.
Success:
- Retreat is avoided
- The Order is in control of the system and numerous stations & settlements within the system.
10. Conclusion
Operation: Crusader's Destiny is designed to swiftly regain control over the LHS 1393 through overwhelming space superiority and coordinated ground action. The operation will involve close cooperation across space, ground, logistic, and special operations domains. The unified effort of all branches of all organizations will ensure the complete reclamation of the system and establish a foundation for long-term stability and defense.
